Mamy zaszczyt poinformować, iż pilotażowa plantacja chmielu w Jastkowie, której twórcą jest spółka Energy Composites, otrzymała certyfikat Global G.A.P.

One of the modules of Global G.A.P. is Global G.A.P. IFA (Integrated Farm Assurance). Currently, it has become a global standard of good agricultural and production practices, precisely defining the catalog of requirements that a given producer must meet in order to receive the above mentioned certification.

It includes, i.a. issues in the area of:

• food safety,
• the traceability and sustainable use of plant protection products,
• proper fertilization, cultivation techniques and irrigation,
• waste handling in accordance with pro-ecological procedures,
• the safety and well-being of employees,
• the safety of the environment.

Taking into the account above mentioned issues, the implementation of the Global G.A.P. IFA is an assurance for our consumers and business partners about sustainable and environmental-friendly methods of growing hops, aimed at minimizing the harmful effects of all kinds of agricultural treatments. The composite structure of the Alumast poles, , on which the hop trellis is based, eliminated the use of carcinogenic and environmentally harmful chemicals, which are still present in hop trellises based on wooden poles treated with creosote.

The intelligent and highly developed system used by us to monitor a wide range of processes taking place on the plantation allows us to react in advance to any anomalies registered by sensors and cameras (e.g. temperature, humidity, biological growth, etc.). 

An adequately quickly obtained analytical information package allows us to take more precise and long-term actions, thus eliminating too radical, often harmful chemical treatments.

Reasumując, uzyskanie certyfikatu GLOBALG.A.P. , pozwala na nawiązanie współpracy z największymi sieciami handlowymi oraz odbiorcami z Polski i zagranicy, których wysoka kultura organizacyjna i świadomość ekologiczna, wymaga, aby dany dostawca produktów lub półproduktów z obszaru rolniczego, legitymował się  certyfikatem Global G.A.P. Warto w tym miejscu podkreślić, iż Certyfikat ten jest wymagany w takich sieciach jak: McDonald ’s, TESCO, Ahold, Metro, COOP oraz ASDA.
